36DaysofType is a project where designers are challenged to design a letter or number each day, and represent it through illustrations, typography, graphics, mediums and perspectives.

For the 2018 edition of the challenge, I explored the various crafts of India, some of which are widely popularised and some others which are struggling for existence. This was just a small attempt to create awareness about these crafts, the artisans, the community and the places where these crafts hail from.

On culmination of the entire series, Alliance Francaise d’Ahmedabad invited me to do a small talk of the entire process and journey alongside a display of the prints on 30th June 2018.

I am currently working on converting this series into a product that has a bigger reach and to make that happen, I am looking for partners who can invest in this venture. Patrons of the arts and crafts are more than welcome to share their ideas and be a part of this.
